Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: June 17, 2026

At Sohna Enterprises, we maintain strict quality controls over B2B bulk shipments. Please review our refund policy before placing purchase orders:

1. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled or modified before dispatch from our warehouse in Sohna, Haryana. Once loaded for transport, orders cannot be cancelled.

2. Damaged or Defective Deliveries

Upon receiving a bulk shipment, the client's representative must perform a physical check of the containers and seals. Any reports of leakage, damage, or short-supply must be noted on the Delivery Challan (LR) and reported to us within 48 hours of delivery.

3. Return Criteria

We accept returns/replacements only under the following conditions:

Returned chemicals must remain in their original sealed containers. Open or partially-used barrels/cans are not eligible for refunds.

4. Refund Process

Approved refunds or credit notes will be processed within 7 business days and credited to the buyer's registered bank account or adjusted in subsequent bills.
